Trump threatens to sue 60 Minutes in fiery rally rant
The Republican presidential contender has long been critical of US news outlets, referring to them as “fake news”.
But during his rally in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump reiterated his customary complaints — and threatened to sue the television newsmagazine 60 Minutes.
“So, we’ll probably sue them. I guess we’ll sue them. “Should I sue them or not?” he asked, amid cheers. “Stay tuned.” Stay tuned. It will happen quickly. “It’s so easy.”
Trump has been critical of 60 Minutes since cancelling a scheduled interview earlier this month.
