
Alphageo (India) Ltd on Monday, December 16, said it has won orders, cumulatively worth ₹118.63 crore, from the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Ltd.
The contracts are for the 2D seismic data acquisition in Sector 1, Chhattisgarh, valued at ₹38.29 crore and in Sector 3A, Krishna-Godavari, valued at ₹80.34 crore.
The Chhattisgarh order is to be executed by January 2026 and the Krishna-Godavari one is to be completed by May 2026, the company said.
Alphageo shares gained over 19% after it informed the stock exchanges about the orders and hit an intraday high of ₹444.5 apiece.
The stock has gained 24.9% in the past month and 51.69% this year, so far.
It was trading 17.8% higher at ₹440 apiece at 1.40 pm on Monday, December 16.
