Dharmesh Mehta, the promoter, will be selling 30.98 lakh shares in the IPO among the shares on offer. Promoter stake will fall to 45.88% post the IPO. Since its inception in 2019, DAM Capital has executed 72 equity capital market transactions, comprising 27 IPOs, one REIT, 16 Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), six Offer For Sale (OFS), six preferential issues, four rights issues, eight buybacks and four open offers. The company has also been an advisor on multiple M&A transactions. DAM Capital recorded the highest revenue growth among its peers at 38.8% and profit growth of 79.4% between the financial years 2022 and 2024. The company derives 67% of its revenue from investment banking and 28.3% from broking. In the IPO / QIP market, the company had a 12.1% market share in the financial year 2024.
